In January I bought my first EV car.  I contacted MBE installations and spoke to Justin who suggested a survey, however to make the process quicker I took photos and video of my Electrical distribution box and meter and the area where I wanted the charger fitted.

Justin and I discussed the best option in regards to charger make and function required.  I have Solar Panels so we decided on a Zappi charger as this has a setting to charge the car from the electricity generated by the panels.

Justin ordered the Zappi unit and contacted Western Power Distribution to get the required permissions for the installation.  He emailed me the forms for the Government Grant, which I filled in and passed back for him to make the claim.

On the day of fitting, Justin took about 4 hours for the installation, then helped me install the Zappi APP on my phone and showed me how to operate the charger.  The installation is very neat.

From initial contact to installation took around 2 weeks.

The communication, choice of Charger, installation and paperwork and support from MBE has been fantastic and I can certainly recommend this company.
